Terms & conditions

VIB APPOINTMENTS: Refreshments & Delicious offerings will vary. Dietary Requirements: If you have any special requirements please let us know.

VIB Appointments: We will always endeavour to purchase snacks that are in line with your dietary requests & requirements. However firstly and foremost we are a bridal store - so please take into account that you eat at your own risk. If you are in any doubt please ask to see packaging and ingredients or do not eat the items you are unsure of.

The Bridal Room Broadway cannot be held responsible for anything eaten or drank on site that you may react to - you do so at your own risk. We do not purchase any refreshments that we would not eat or drink ourselves. Anything you consume on The Bridal Room Premises, provided by TBR you do so at your own risk.

Access & facilities

The boutique is located on a first floor and is accessed via stairs only. Therefore not wheelchair friendly. We also cannot allow access for buggies and pushchairs.
We can recommend a full wheelchair friendly alternative boutique if you need one.

We have toilets available for customer use.


Appointment Fee

VIB consultations can be only booked for First Appointments only, cannot be booked for second, third visits etc.
The £100 off dress is only available on the day as the appointment.

Any offer offered is not available in conjunction with any other offer or on sample gowns.

Any other special offers cannot be used in conjunction with appointment discount - simply the highest discount will be applied out of the offers. They cannot be used together.

We reserve the right to revoke any offer at any time.

On the day offers are not available on consecutive appointments.


Appointment

Cancellation

Cancellation of your appointment for ANY reason will result in the forfeit of your booking fee - within 30 days of your appointment.

Appointments cancelled where we have more than 30 days notice will be refunded.

VIB Appointments cancellations: The above notice applies - if we have more notice we will fully refund - if we have less that 30 days but more that 14days we will refund £55. Less than 14days notice on a VIB appointment - NO REFUND -

This does not included BANK HOLIDAYS

Your fee not transferable to another person. Your appointment cannot be changed to an accessory appointment.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone and withdraw our services. We ask that you are polite to our staff at all times.

We have a zero tolerance policy, if any of our staff feel uncomfortable or threatened at any time your contract will be withdrawn.


Terms of Sale

These can be requested at any time. We ask all our brides to read their terms of sale thoroughly before you sign and part with the non refundable initial payment. You are also liable for your balance of your dress. All accessory orders & special made to order items are non refundable. Our services can be withdrawn at any time, If we feel threatened at any time or our staff feel uncomfortable we have the right to refuse and withdraw and cancel any contract.

Alterations service

We have around 5/6 ladies we work with very closely - they all work from their own boutique/homes & studios to offer our brides the very best cost effective service. All our brides go direct to our seamstresses & we have found this to be excellent as they can see our brides at your convienience. This seamstress service is exclusive to TBR brides only and not available to any external brides. They are all local to our area.

Zero Tolerance


We have a zero tolerance policy, if any of our staff feel uncomfortable or threatened at any time your contract will be withdrawn.
